About you:

What you will be doing:
- Available to work early mornings: Saturday - Wednesday 6:00AM-2:PM
Execute daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, weighing, mixing, and cooking according to standardized set recipes and quality standards.
Support the Central Kitchen Manager with kitchen operations, workflow, and daily production priorities.
- Oversee proper labeling, dating, storage, and rotation of food products in accordance with food safety requirements.
Set up, operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations to support an efficient production environment.
Assist with training and supporting other kitchen team members as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen language
- 2+ Years of Food Prep Experience would be nice
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Conversational Spanish a plus
