AM Prep Cook
We are seeking a skilled AM Prep Cook to join our culinary team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting in all areas of kitchen operations during morning hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for various recipes
- Follow established recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
