$100,000 - $130,000 yearly, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring clients receive exceptional legal representation.
• Develop and implement strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, fostering trust and confidence.
• Advocate passionately for clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to stay abreast of evolving family law statutes and precedents.
• Cultivate strong, empathetic relationships with clients, providing clear communication and support throughout their legal journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine firm processes and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

You are more than an accomplished attorney.

You are someone who leads with professionalism, communicates with empathy, and approaches every case with thoughtful strategy.

You likely possess:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active license and membership in good standing with your State Bar.

• 10+ years of legal experience , with significant experience in family law litigation.

• Extensive knowledge of family law procedures, courtroom advocacy, and litigation strategy.

• Proven ability to independently manage complex family law cases.

• Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Sound judgment under pressure.
