Co-Pack Machine Operator Job Category: Manufacturing & Operations Requisition Number: COPAC007203 Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI Shift: Weekend Day Shift; Friday - Sunday 5:30AM - 5:30PM Pay: Starting rate: $23.33 per hour; Hourly rate includes additional four hours worth of pay; plus training & premiums up to $29.33 per hour. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Overview: The Co-Pack Machine Operator is responsible for safe and efficient operation of automatic sorting, cutting, shrinking, assembling, labeling, and palletizing equipment that handles canister‑style disinfectant wipes. The role works within a team in a clean, consistent, and safety‑conscious environment at a machine that packages hard surface disinfectant product. Key Responsibilities: Operate automatic sorting, cutting, shrinking, assembling, labeling, and palletizing equipment safely and efficiently. Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Accurately complete required production documentation. Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed. Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Attend start‑up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications. Perform basic troubleshooting. Safety‑Sensitive: This position is designated as Safety‑Sensitive. The associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others. Required Qualifications: Basic computer skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab, and twist. Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with machines, heavily‑automated environments, or general production. Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Previous manufacturing experience.
