Seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join an outpatient practice. You’ll provide care to children from birth through 19 years in a supportive, team-based environment with no inpatient responsibilities.

You’ll manage a schedule of 22–24 patients per day, supported by experienced Medical Assistants, NPs/PAs, and a collaborative admin staff. This is a full-time role with the option of a 4- or 5-day workweek and offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and an opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of underserved families.

Job Details:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Active, unrestricted California medical license

• 1–2 years of experience working with underserved or low-income populations preferred

• Ability to supervise NPs/PAs in accordance with CA regulations

• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
  

• Competitive salary $260,000 - $330,000
