This person will work alongside field personnel performing excavation, piping installation, equipment setting, concrete placement, mechanical assembly, and related construction activities while maintaining responsibility for site safety, quality, and production. Responsibilities Lead and perform field construction activities including excavation, trenching, piping, equipment installation, demolition, concrete work, and mechanical systems installation. Supervise and mentor field crews and subcontractors while ensuring productivity, quality workmanship, and adherence to project schedules. Interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical plans, and coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors to execute project requirements. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conduct safety meetings and JHAs, maintain project documentation, manage site logistics and materials, and communicate field changes or potential cost impacts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
