Job Summary Assistant Manager at Guardian in Woodridge, Tualatin, Oregon. Full‑time position assisting the Community Manager with day‑to‑day property operation, resident paperwork, accounting, reports, and work orders. Primary duties include enforcing policies, adherence to Fair Housing laws, coordinating maintenance and resident services, and maintaining financial health. Schedule 40 hours per week; Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Compensation $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, DOE. Enforce Guardian Management policies while adhering to Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws. Coordinate with staff and vendors to provide resident service, maintain curb appeal, and schedule proactive maintenance. Support the financial health of the property, ensuring compliance with government and program requirements and timely completion of required paperwork and reports. Represent Guardian positively and professionally. Support leasing activities such as touring potential residents, completing guest cards, maintaining the wait list, reviewing tenant billings, preparing vacancy reports, and updating property data. Coordinate the collection of revenues, delinquent accounts, and assist with rent roll accuracy. Purchase goods/services, record invoices in Yardi Voyager. Coordinate maintenance requests, inspect property, and schedule vendor work. Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information. Record time worked and adhere to time‑keeping guidelines. Liaison with corporate departments for a team approach to property management. Collaborate with departments and coworkers, seeking continual process improvement. Perform additional duties assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Property Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in property management or a similar field. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and mathematical skill. Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer use and willingness to learn new programs. Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Completion of company training within specified deadlines. Preferred: experience in affordable property management. Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle if required.
