The Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.Monday-Friday work schedule!NO call required!NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours!Pay Range: $35 -$55/hour, based on experienceRequired Skills:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current RN license in the state of Washington.1+ years of RN experience in PACU or critical careAbility to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors and the public.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.Excellent communication skillsAbility to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patientUnderstands principles of aseptic technique and their implementationAbility to care for patients from infancy to geriatricsExcellent teaching skillsBasic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideologyWe are part of a much larger organization, United Surgical Partners International.
