Total Rewards Analyst
The Total Rewards Analyst, as a member of the Central Total Rewards Operational Team, will support the administration and analytics of compensation and benefits programs across all regions. This role enables regional Total Rewards teams to focus on strategic priorities and build partnerships with business leaders and HR by handling operational, data-driven tasks. It is essential to improving data consistency, enhancing analytics capabilities, and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency in Total Rewards administration worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain key compensation platforms, including Better Comp, Salary.com, Syndio and the job evaluation tool. Ensure Workday data integrity and accessibility, providing timely support and updates for regional teams.
- Centralize and streamline survey submissions including regional compensation surveys, salary budget planning, and benefits design, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across regions.
- Prepare data for ACR budget planning, factoring in inflation rates, market forecasts, and internal compensation data for comprehensive insights.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of job profiles to support role standardization and compliance. Ensure job descriptions are current, gender-neutral, and reflect consistent titling across regions. Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities, deactivating outdated profiles and addressing discrepancies.
- Support the annual management incentive plan (MIP) review process, coordinating data consolidation, report generation and the creation of personalized letters for eligible employees. Partner with regional teams to confirm data alignment and accuracy throughout the process.
- Provide robust analytics support for compensation and benefits dashboards and tools, including Workday Prism, and contribute to insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Prepare quarterly summaries for pay equity analysis, generating reports and proposals for any out-of-range compensation adjustments.
- Creation and distribution of letters across the Total Rewards function, including, but not limited to, the global stock incentive plan (SIP) and US benefits.
- Ensuring job profiles consistency and addressing data discrepancies.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities within Total Rewards operations, proposing an artificial intelligence (AI) or automation solution to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and implementation of these solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within Total Rewards or related areas of HR.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, including Workday, and experience with compensation data management tools such as Better Comp desirable
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data auditing, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
- Knowledge of pay equity analysis and familiarity with AI or automation solutions for HR processes is a plus.
