Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our float pool. This position requires flexibility as you will be floating between various units within the hospital, providing essential support to nursing staff and patient care.
Shift Details:
- Days: 7 AM to 7 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
- Floating Requirement: First to float between all units and a sister facility
Unit Information:
This role is within a Float Pool, encompassing all units throughout the hospital. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with their daily activities and providing compassionate care while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information:
- Scrubs: Navy
- Holidays: Required to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Cerner
- Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell
- IV Pumps: Alaris
