Full-time Company Description Located in the lovely village of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Wisconsin Home Improvement and Wisconsin Insulation Services brings a wealth of specialized experience and a dedication to home performance done right for both your existing and new construction home. Our new construction insulation business, Wisconsin Insulation Services founded in 1936, offers meticulously installed spray foam insulation and fiberglass insulation. A perfect complement to our new construction services is Wisconsin Home Improvement, specializing in delivering comfort, durability, and energy efficiency to your existing home for over 35 years. Every home is unique and therefore so is our approach to identifying your needs with a comprehensive home performance assessment. Job Description We are hiring a Construction Insulation Installer! Year‑round work, must have a valid driver’s license. This position consists of working at residential and commercial new construction sites installing fiberglass batt and blown insulation. We’re a family‑owned and operated company and are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team. We offer an attractive wage and benefit package. Job site preparation Installing fiberglass batt and blown insulation Job site cleanup Maintenance and repair of equipment Inventory of material and supplies Qualifications Valid driver’s license Can lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work on a ladder Ability to work on your feet all day Additional Information Pension Hourly pay (Not piece work) Time and a half for work over 40 hours per week Paid warehouse and travel time #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Circle
