Position Summary
The Gate Attendant serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment within the community. This role is responsible for monitoring access at the front gate, maintaining accurate visitor records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the community in accordance with established procedures
• Maintain accurate logs of all visitors, contractors, and deliveries
• Verify and authorize entry for guests and service personnel
• Provide clear directions and helpful information to residents and visitors
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule
Multiple shifts available:

• 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
  Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Strong communication and phone skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of integrity
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
• Good judgment and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
