Part-Time Cashier Job Description
Position Title: Part-Time Cashier
Location: Crazy Philly Express, 3903 W Harrison St, Chicago, IL 60624
Position Summary
Crazy Philly Express is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately process transactions, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers with a positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the Clover POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean dining area, front counter, and beverage station.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Assist with food packaging and order verification.
- Follow all company policies and food safety procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience using Clover POS is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Crazy Philly Express is seeking an experienced Part-Time Cook who can prepare quality food while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and speed. The ideal candidate must be dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Cook and assemble:
- Philly Cheesesteaks
- Rice Bowls
- Gyros
- Italian Beefs
- Chicken and Specialty Sandwiches
- Other menu items as assigned
- Maintain proper food temperatures and food safety standards.
- Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Follow Illinois food handling regulations and sanitation requirements.
- Assist with inventory and food preparation.
- Minimize food waste and properly store ingredients.
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience required.
- Illinois ServSafe Food Handler Certification required.
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Pay Rate
