You'll set the tone for every guest by blending authentic Southern Hospitality with expert coffee craft from pouring cold brews to baking fresh pastries your goal is to deliver an unforgettable high energy experience in a fast-paced environment where quality, cleanliness, and community come first. What You'll Do!

• Bring Positive Energy : Be a friendly, welcoming face for our guests and a supportive teammate behind the counter.
• Share the Coffee Love : Help guests discover new favorites by recommending drinks, tasty add-ons, snacks, and pastries.
• Craft Quality Drinks & Food : Consistently prepare every beverage and food item to PJ's standards.
• Create a Great Atmosphere : Deliver exceptional service while keeping the shop clean, organized, and inviting.
• Handle Details with Care : Keep cash handling accurate and follow order check lists to ensure cash accuracy.
• Communicate & Collaborate : Keep management in the loop on store needs, maintenance, and ideas for improvement.
• Support the Team : Follow store policies and guidelines to keep everyone safe and supported.
• Keep Learning : Participate in training sessions to build your PJ's coffee skills, grow within our team, and hone your craft!

What You'll Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

• Experience: Barista experience is cool, but not required! We'll train you in the PJ's way so you can craft our drinks flawlessly.
• Personality: Outgoing, engaging, and ready to share our NOLA Vibes with every guest.
• Skills: Great communication, easy connection with people, and the ability to multitask in a fun, fast-paced rhythm.
• Tech & Touch: Comfortable staying in touch across various platforms such as Homebase & iMessage.
• Availability: We work around school schedules, although weekend availability is REQUIRED.

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
