It is not a bartender-only job.Every employee must be prepared to work across our cocktail bar, café, food counter and table-service areas. cleanliness or supply problems immediatelyFOOD SAFETY AND INSPECTION READINESS• Wash hands at the designated handwashing sink• Use gloves or utensils when handling ready-to-eat food• Check and record refrigeration temperatures• Maintain cold food at 41&degree;F or below• Maintain hot-held food at 135&degree;F or above• Reheat applicable food to required temperatures• Prepare and test sanitizer
