RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 24-bed telemetry unit with capability of taking 8 step down patients
• Patient ratios vary by shift: 3:1 ratio for step down, 5:1 ratio day shift, 6:1 ratio night shift
• ACLS certification required
• Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, and care plan development
• Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential
• Team nursing model utilized
• Work with large patient rooms equipped with private bathrooms and showers
