Responsibilities Analyze memory supply requirements, execute memory purchases, and minimize memory shortages in alignment with the business unit. Collaborate with planning teams across the supply chain to validate and prioritize supply gap closures. Adapt memory planning processes, including tools and reports, to support current and future business needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and resolve material constraints. Drive planning system enhancements, report automation, and process improvements to support growing global business. Qualifications BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in global supply chain/operations/manufacturing. Experience in planning software/ERP, preferably SAP, Anaplan, Excel, and other business software applications. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced operations environment with multifaceted and dynamic constraints. Outstanding problem‑solving, analytical and sophisticated modeling skills. Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd Experience applying AI and ML to improve business processes. Proficiency in building AI tools (PowerBI or Tableau etc.) to facilitate business decisions. Direct experience in memory planning/manufacturing. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple assignments concurrently. Compensation & Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range is $100,000 – $155,250 for Level3 and $128,000 – $201,250 for Level4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
