About the Clinician‘s Workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call assignments at an on-site facility in Kentucky, with approximately 6-7 days of coverage per month and potential for additional shifts. Clinical responsibilities include routine vaginal delivery, low forceps delivery, decision-making for cesarean section, and management of complicated deliveries such as breech presentations, multiple births, and abruptions. Clinicians are also expected to manage VBACs and perform repair of third and fourth degree lacerations.
