This position includes interaction with international affiliates regarding account resolution and will reflect Teleflora's commitment to superior service.This is a hybrid position working Monday-Wednesday in the Oklahoma City office, with option to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Working from home is optional and working from the office is available.This is an hourly position and is located in Oklahoma City, OK.Job DescriptionAct as liaison for Teleflora and International affiliates by providing superior service that reinforces our commitment to International OrdersObtain a thorough understanding of Teleflora Statements with a primary focus on International orders, adjustments, and relayResponsible for maintaining spreadsheets and reconciling monthly statementsMaintain price updates and directory information for international accountsPreparation and submission of International wire transfers and special handling of checksHandle adjusting entries, statements, and special mailingGain a thorough knowledge of the Customer Service and International Services Departments.
