Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion Apply strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation Research and analyze accounting and audit‑related issues Build trusted client relationships and provide actionable recommendations Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes Develop a working understanding of each client's business operations Support additional accounting and advisory services as neededPrimarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area What Our Client Is Looking For 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service Why This Opportunity This is more than just an Audit Senior role—you'll be joining a firm that prioritizes balance, collaboration, and long‑term growth .
