Sourcing Analyst

Overview Join our team as a crucial player in supporting our talent acquisition program. You will manage our vendor management system, handle hiring requests, and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes. Your expertise will ensure smooth communication with hiring managers and efficient reconciliation of payments. Responsibilities Manage the vendor management system to support the firm's talent acquisition program. Handle all hiring requests, including managing reviews and approvals in the system. Communicate effectively with various hiring managers throughout the firm. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for workers. Collaborate with Accounts Payable to reconcile payments. Requirements 3 years of Vendor Management experience. Financial Services experience is a plus.
