Mid-sized, full-service business law firm is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Employment Law Attorneyto join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who is passionate about advising employers, handling complex workplace matters, and litigating employment disputes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Preparing and arguing motions, including dispositive motions Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and responses Conducting and defending depositions Preparing position statements and responses to administrative charges Conducting witness interviews and fact investigations Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, non‑compete and restrictive covenant agreements, severance agreements Managing multiple matters while delivering exceptional client service What You Bring 2–5 years of employment law experience Active admission and good standing with the California Bar Active member in good standing with the New York Bar Association Experience counseling employers on federal, state, and local employment law compliance Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Litigation experience in employment‑related matters Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr DNA Partners
