Overview HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Hybrid Visual/UX Designer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. Job Title: Hybrid Visual/UX Designer Job ID: (80290) Position Type: Full-time Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Responsibilities Execute high‑quality visual design for Product web experiences, including product imagery, layouts, and supporting visuals Apply and extend visual systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across experiences Translate creative direction from the Creative Lead into polished, execution‑ready designs Collaborate closely with writers, UX Designers and project managers to meet launch timelines and deliverables Work efficiently within established design systems and component frameworks Handle confidential and pre‑launch work with discretion and professionalism Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a high quality bar Optimize designs for different viewports and contexts (desktop, mobile, responsive layouts) Deliver clean, well‑organized design files that support smooth handoff and downstream execution Qualifications & Experience Some knowledge and comfortability with UX and UX principles Some knowledge and comfortability with using AI to generate assets, templates, and designs Proven experience working with visual systems or design systems Mastery of Figma (non-negotiable) Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Ability to move quickly and confidently while maintaining visual quality Comfortable working in fast‑moving, highly collaborative team environments Trusted partner who can work on confidential work and sensitive launches Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to move fast Ready to learn and adopt new AI tools to improve speed, iteration, and creative exploration; curiosity and growth mindset expected Experience with pre-production and production for web.
