Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations and customer interactions
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Process payments, handle billing questions, and maintain accurate customer accounts
• Register customers for programs and assist with scheduling needs
• Supervise, train, and support front desk staff
• Coordinate special events, parties, and facility activities
• Create customer communications, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Assist with social media and marketing efforts
• Support payroll, recordkeeping, and general office administration
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous supervisory, office management, or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with billing, payment processing, and customer accounts
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
• Social media, marketing, or graphic design experience is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
