Our team members are motivated individuals that do remarkable things every day!This is an executive-level sales leadership opportunity responsible for building, leading, and optimizing high-performing sales teams while partnering closely with executive leadership on revenue strategy.Essential Functions:Lead and execute sales strategy aligned with organizational growth objectivesBuild, develop, and mentor sales leaders and high-performing sales teamsDrive revenue growth through pipeline development, forecasting, and performance managementPartner with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and market expansionEstablish and monitor KPIs, sales processes, and reporting metricsCollaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment across the revenue engineSupport scaling initiatives, territory planning, and sales enablementRequirements:8–15+ years of progressive sales leadership experienceProven track record of building and scaling sales teamsExperience in B2B, healthcare, technology, professional services, or multi-site environments preferredStrong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline managementExecutive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience working in growth-stage or national organizations
