We focus on high-performance solutions for data centers, healthcare, clean rooms, life sciences, and other mission-critical environments, driving innovation to reduce carbon footprints and support goals like Net Zero and LEED certification.We are thrilled to operate our cutting-edge U.S. Technology headquarters and manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona (opened in 2025), reflecting our rapid growth and commitment to sustainable climate solutions.As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking a Sustaining Engineer-Electrical based in Mesa, AZ to ensure the reliability, serviceability, and continuous improvement of large-scale HVAC and refrigeration systems used in data centers.Reporting to the Service Operations Excellence Manager, this role sits at the intersection of field service, engineering, and quality, acting as the technical bridge between what happens in the field and how the product is designed, assembled, and improved.An overview of your responsibilities!Lead technical troubleshooting and provide advanced support across service operations and field activitiesDrive root cause investigations for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsManage commissioning and validation of systems in real-world operating conditionsTranslate field failures into engineering actions, corrective fixes, and product improvementsModify product drawings (CAD) to reflect field insights and service improvementsDevelop and improve SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and service documentationSupport field technicians and service teams with real-time technical guidance and problem resolutionWhat you'll need, among other things!Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldExperience: 5+ years in field service, product support, or reliability engineering for electrical/mechanical systems, preferably with mission-critical products such as CRAH units, chillers, or HVAC systemsStrong troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, controls)Experience working directly with field technicians, commissioning teams, or service operationsStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in low-structure, high-ambiguity environmentsWillingness to travel up to 20%Does this sound like you?
