Styling & Clienteling Sales Associate — Commission

Summary Commission Sales Associate supporting Women's Ready-to-Wear at the North Michigan store. Drives sales through clienteling, personalized styling, and product expertise while working on a commission structure. Builds lasting customer relationships and represents the brand through exceptional in-store service. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and grow a personal client book. Achieve individual commission goals and collaborate with the sales team to drive store performance. Maintain merchandising standards, floor presentation, and stock levels for the department. Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems. Participate in product knowledge training and departmental meetings. Requirements 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in women's apparel or a department store environment. Proven success in commission-based selling and meeting sales goals. Strong interpersonal, communication, and styling skills with a customer-focused approach.
