IT Admin Specialist

We invite you to join Trane Technologies as an IT Service Operations Administrator for our Davidson campus. The role focuses on maintaining a secure and efficient computing environment for a building’s residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Communicate with users regarding PC refresh schedules and processes. Track return of PCs to Dell or donation recipients. Perform PC factory resets according to standard procedures. Conduct regular health checks on campus IT infrastructure and document findings. Send reports on PC refresh status, donation outcomes, returns, and campus health checks. Maintain accurate inventory counts and provide asset-related reports. Identify process improvements and contribute to best‑practice development. Adherence to standard work procedures and organization skills are essential. Qualifications High school diploma or technical degree required. Strong customer‑service skills. Effective verbal and written communication with users and team members. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Independent task management with high performance. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Adherence to documentation procedures. Collaboration with IT team members for smooth operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook. Basic understanding of Windows Operating System. Compensation and Benefits Annual Base Salary Range : $36,300.00 – $52,290.00.
