Overview
Registered Nurse – ER in Ukiah, California. This travel assignment is for a 13-week contract at a short-term acute care hospital. Start date 11/09/2026. Weekly pay range is $2,143 to $2,170 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12 nights (6:00 PM–6:30 AM). Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care in the Emergency Department per established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret data, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, manage IVs and monitor for adverse reactions; assist with procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case management, and ancillary staff to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Triage and stabilize multiple acutely ill patients; uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient education accurately; provide education to patients and families.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (CA) or state of practice
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor (AHA or ARC); TNCC certification required or preferred per program
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
- BSN degree preferred; experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends; ability to thrive in a fast-paced ED environment
