The Line Cook delivers a memorable food experience to every guest that comes through our door through preparation of food offerings. Adheres to recipe prep guidelines and procedures as trained to maintain consistency and provide our guests with the best possible dining experience. And serves our Team Members, Vendors, and our Pearl St neighbors the same way./ppLocation: 1101 S Pearl St, Denver, CO 80210./ppEssential Functions Duties:/pulliEngages Team Members and the Management Team in a courteous and professional manner./liliComplete opening/running/closing duties as assigned./liliDevelops a full understanding of the Food Beverage Menus and allergen and dietary concerns./liliPrepares all food items to the recipe specs./liliUnderstands food hierarchy./liliAccommodates special request(s) when applicable./liliComplies with all Health Department guidelines./li/ulpThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:/pulliMinimum of 21 years of age./liliA love of serving people./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliA strong work ethic, team focus, and commitment to providing guests with an excellent dining experience./liliPrevious BOH restaurant experience required.
