Responsibilities Of RN Supervisor:

• Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus
• Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs

Qualifications For RN Supervisor:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in New York
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) in skilled nursing facility or nursing home experience
• Charge nurse, unit manager, or supervisor experience
• Onboarding documents: a photo ID, a copy of your nursing license, social security card, and bank account are required for this role
