While you individually select and operate ultrasound equipment, prepare patients for procedures and evaluate images for technical quality, you will also work closely with our larger medical team. Position: Sonographer Shift: 40hrs/wk (either 4×10 or 5×8 hr shifts) Experience Three years experience as Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist preferred. Experience in a specialized, accredited cardiac lab preferred. Education Cardiology Graduate of a cardiac ultrasound training program (Accredited Program Preferred) with an Associate degree in Cardiovascular Technology or 3 years experience in the field. Licensures/Certifications RDCS or RVT from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or RCS with Cardiovascular Credentialing International preferred at time of hire; required within one year of hire..
