Job Overview:

• The Expatriate Tax Accountant supports the Global Mobility team and employees on international assignments by managing expatriate tax inquiries, metrics, and operational processes.

• This role administers expatriate tax programs, supports tax equalization, and partners with external tax firms to ensure accurate compliance and settlements.

• Key responsibilities include maintaining tax metrics and databases, researching compensation discrepancies, reconciling payments, processing vendor invoices, and providing clear guidance to expatriates and stakeholders on U.S. and foreign tax matters.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage expatriate tax inquiries and support Global Mobility operations

• Administer tax equalization processes and settlements

• Analyze compensation data and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain metrics, reports, and databases for tax services

• Process invoices, reconciliations, and employee tax records

• Partner with external tax service providers

• Provide education and guidance on expatriate tax policies

Skills

• Experience with individual income tax returns

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

• Experience analyzing compensation and payroll data

• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile financial data

• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Global Management, or equivalent experience.
