Job Summary:
Seeking a Tech Transfer & Process Validation Scientist to support sterile drug product and aseptic fill-finish projects within a pharmaceutical CDMO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technology transfer and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Develop and execute process validation/PPQ protocols.
• Analyze validation data and prepare final reports.
• Identify and resolve technical gaps during tech transfer.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Sterile drug product / aseptic fill-finish experience.
• Strong Tech Transfer and Process Validation experience.
• PPQ protocol development and execution.
• Strong technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills .
