Travel Emergency Department Ultrasound Technician - $1,906 per week

Job Requirements Must float to 2 Free Standing EDs and MHP ED. Local candidates only. Must be available for an onsite interview. ARDMS certification required. BLS certification required. License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start date. Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or an IGG titer required prior to start. Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (titer) or declination accepted; documentation of vaccination series recommended. QuantiFERON or T-Spot TB test completed within 12 months prior to assignment start date; for past positive, CXR and updated TB Questionnaire required annually. Unexpired government issued photo ID required if applicable. Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or an IGG titer required prior to start. Physical/Health Statement attestation required, signed by MD, DO, NP, or PA. Memorial Background Check within 30 days prior to assignment start. Memorial Employment Verification for previous 7 years. Two references from Manager/Supervisor or above required. Memorial I-9 E-Verify attestation required. Drug screen (10 panel) completed within 60 days prior to start date. Memorial Education Verification required for highest level of education. Memorial Badge Photo required (color photo, taken in past 6 months, solid blue background). Memorial National Sex Offender check within 30 days prior to start, updated annually. Memorial OIG Sanction Search within 30 days prior to start, updated annually. Memorial OFAC Sanctions List Search within 30 days prior to start, updated annually. Memorial SAM gov check within 30 days prior to start, updated annually. Memorial Skills Checklist current within 12 months prior to assignment start date. Memorial Core Competencies completed within 365 days prior to start with 80% pass rate.
