Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunities

We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for per diem shifts at Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Facilities in and around Denver, CO.

Shifts Available:

Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
Weekdays & Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized nursing care based on individual care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
Assist in assessments and maintain accurate resident records
Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory guidelines
Effectively communicate with residents, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams for positive outcomes

Requirements:

Active LPN License in Colorado or Compact State
Minimum of 1 year recent LPN experience
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Up-to-date TB Test
Successful background screening
