LPN Unit Care Coordinator — Lead Floor Nursing

Life Care Center of Westminster is hiring a Unit Care Coordinator (LPN) to supervise and coordinate patient care on the unit, working with patients, families, and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. The role requires an active LPN license, completion of an accredited LPN program, CPR certification, and at least one year of geriatric nursing experience preferred.
