Day - Encapsulation Team Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Encapsulation Team Lead to oversee daily encapsulation operations while maintaining high sanitation standards, ensuring product quality, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting efficient production workflow through strong leadership and scheduling coordination. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee daily operations within the encapsulation department Ensure production goals and daily output targets are met efficiently Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the production area Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and guidelines Coordinate team schedules and assist with workflow planning to maximize efficiency Train, support, and guide team members on proper procedures and best practices Troubleshoot production issues and elevate concerns when necessary Ensure proper documentation and production records are completed accurately Work closely with management and other departments to maintain smooth operations What You Bring Tier 2 Operator experience in Encapsulation required Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Experience 2+ Years in Encapsulation roles Schedule & Shift Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay & Compensation $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience Your Employment Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Your Employment Solutions
