In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.# **Essential Job Responsibilities*** Provide Copy Services including accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions* Provide Floor Coordination including the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper and basic daily maintenance* Work independently on production assignments, often without direct supervision* Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked* Other duties as required and assigned which may include hospitality services and mail duties**Qualifications & Requirements*** High School Diploma or GED* Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a production, copy, print or scanning environment.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints* Ability to multitask with attention to detail* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater* Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time* Ability to work occasional overtime if needed* Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour of unpaid lunchThe Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
