Scheduling Specialist

Work Schedule:

100% - Full-time / day shift
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm / Rotating Saturday 8:00am-noon / Every 4-6 weeks
You will work at 2550 Charles St in Rockford, IL

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications

Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare. Preferred

Work Experience

2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance. Preferred
2 years of Customer Service experience. Required
Previous computer experience. Required
