Administrative Support Specialist
US Army
Duties
Coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple administrative tasks to include calendar management, correspondence, workflow, and office operations for the directorate.
Gather and analyze data to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support decision-making for process efficiency.
Prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence.
Act as a liaison with all levels of staff, leadership, and external partners.
Manage records in compliance with Army regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper retention, transfer and disposal of official files.
