Pharmacy Technician in Hialeah, FL

A pharmacy technician role is available for a motivated individual to support pharmacy operations through accurate data entry and medication preparation. This position requires attention to detail and efficient time management to help maintain seamless pharmacy services in a fast-paced setting.


Location: Hialeah, FL
Schedule:

• Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Work 3-4 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription and patient data into the pharmacy system
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medication orders
• Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed
• Verify insurance and billing information related to prescriptions
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Provide support for other pharmacy tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Data Entry Technician preferred
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy
• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Knowledge of pharmacy procedures and terminology is a plus

This contract role is set to start immediately with potential for a 6 to 8-week extension based on business needs. Candidates should be prepared for consistent part-time hours and the opportunity to contribute to efficient pharmacy operations.
