HR and Admin Executive

Key Information Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Benefits: Bonus, Allowance, Medical, Dental, etc. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the HR and admin operations. Handled daily end-to-end HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, ensure proper HR documents, maintain payroll and CPF contributions records, employee tax clearance (IR8A/IR21), corporate insurance and ensuring strict compliance with local statutory regulations. Handle administrative matters in the regional office to ensure smooth daily operations. liaise with headquarters and relevant internal departments to ensure seamless communication, cross-border coordination, and implementation of HR and administrative tasks. Perform other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned to support team and organizational needs. Job Requirements Diploma/ Higher NITEC or above in HR or Business Administration with 3-5 years of experience. Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, Tripartite Guidelines, and MOM regulations. Familiar with Singapore's personal income tax declaration, salary and benefits, and related practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
