Workplace Solutions Product Owner, Private Markets

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent, delivering enterprise platforms, data products, and workflow tools.
• We need proven ownership of complex financial products with strong data integrity, auditability, and control requirements.
• We need a solid understanding of private markets and equity ownership concepts, including cap tables, preferred and common shares, options and RSUs, convertible instruments, liquidity events, and corporate actions.
• We need experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, operations, legal and compliance, and data and analytics, with clear communication and strong stakeholder management.
• We need the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured roadmaps, user stories, and execution plans.
• We need strong analytical capability and comfort working with KPIs, experimentation, and operational process measurement.
• Preferred: experience with cap table platforms, private company equity administration, private fund workflows, or investor servicing.
• Preferred: familiarity with data modeling, entitlements and permissions, audit logging, and control frameworks in regulated environments.
• Preferred: experience with integration patterns such as APIs, event-driven systems, and file-based interfaces, plus vendor partnerships and platform migration.
• Preferred: prior experience delivering products across multiple regions and legal entities.

• We will define and lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for our cap table offering and related services for private companies.
• We will own the cap table domain model, covering securities, stakeholders, waterfalls, vesting, option plans, SAFE and convertible instruments, and corporate actions, while ensuring data quality, lineage, and auditability.
• We will develop solutions for private companies and other offerings that extend the breadth of our platform to companies and their employees.
• We will partner with engineering and architecture to deliver a secure, resilient, API-first product with strong entitlements and workflow controls.
• We will lead discovery with clients and internal users across private markets, operations, legal, tax, finance, risk, and controls to convert needs into prioritized features and measurable outcomes.
• We will establish product KPIs such as time to close corporate actions, reconciliation breaks, data timeliness and accuracy, onboarding cycle time, and client satisfaction, and maintain a continuous improvement backlog.
• We will drive integration strategy across ecosystem tools such as KYC and client onboarding, document management, valuations, fund accounting and administration, reporting, CRM, and analytics, as well as external service providers where relevant.
• We will ensure strong governance through requirements documentation, controls by design, operational readiness, change management, and regulatory and compliance alignment.
• We will own delivery rituals including OKRs, backlog management, release planning, UAT coordination, training, and adoption.
