This is a build, scale, and transform mandate — not a maintenance role.You will lead from the front, reimagining how waterfall, incentive, fees and performance are calculated, controlled, and delivered across a modern private markets platform. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $160,000 USD to $200,000 USD.
