Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities:Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotionsCreate excitement and set appointments for customersRespond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visitsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referralsPerform all other Business Development selling duties as assignedEngage in all training directed by the BDC ManagerFollow the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound callsEnsure that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionalAcquire a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealershipDevelop proficiency with all features of the BDC CRM Software and associated productsEnsure that all information entered into BDC systems is consistent and accurateMaintain knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, all sales advertising and inventory throughout the company and its OEMsMaintain a current knowledge of schedules of personnel throughout the dealershipsMaintain a thorough understanding and adherence to dealership and BDC department policies and proceduresEndeavor to meet and exceed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly individual goals as communicated by the BDC ManagerEnsure that all outbound calls (No Shows, Confirmations, Show appointment follow up and Task list calls) are made in a timely and effective mannerConsistently meet the daily guidelines set for number of set appointments, appointment show and outbound callsMaintain the essential communication link between the client and the dealershipEnsure that all communications to and from the client and to and from the sales department is passed on effectively and quicklyJob Qualifications:Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introductionWilling to participate in skills and product trainingMulti-tasker and excellent customer service skillsProven track record of meeting and exceeding goalsProficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the webHigh school diploma or the equivalent. College level achievement preferredWilling to engage in ongoing trainingAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationPrevious experience and success in customer service, sales, call center, telemarketing or automotive BDC positionsSkilled at building positive relationships over the phone or via emailProfessional personal appearanceExcellent communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureMust possess strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to multi taskDemonstrates the ability to interact effectively with dealer personnel at all levelsMaintains strict confidentiality of customer information, as well as dealership processes, and marketing strategiesPerforms other duties as assignedMaintains a professional code of conduct at all timesWilling to work 40 hours per week including some weekend and evening shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr PAG CDJR LN LLC
