This role demands a true player-coach approach, combining enterprise leadership with hands-on involvement in client relationships, business development, and execution. The President will also have the authority to shape the growth strategy, enhance accountability, and modernize the organization, particularly in the areas of technology and artificial intelligence. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in wealth management, a family office, or a related ultra-high-net-worth advisory environment. The role requires a proven track record in winning new family relationships and expanding business with existing clients, family offices, foundations, and influential networks. A collaborative leadership style, executive-level communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to develop and hold teams accountable are essential.
