Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Test Lead / QA Analyst with strong expertise in the Utilities domain and extensive experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and successful delivery of Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) implementations and enhancements.


Required Skills & Experience


Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) .
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Utilities industry (Electricity, Gas, Water, or Energy sectors).
• Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, architects, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Oracle CC&B implementations and enhancements.
• Lead SIT and UAT activities across multiple project phases.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and validate testing requirements.
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Validate end-to-end business processes within Oracle CC&B.
• Support data validation, integration testing, and regression testing activities.
• Facilitate UAT workshops, defect triage meetings, and status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and quality processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide regular testing status updates to project managers and business stakeholders.
