As a Warehouse Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including labor management, shipping and receiving, inventory control, quality assurance, and safety.

What You’ll Tackle:

• Lead and support a team of 10–15 warehouse associates
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations and daily workflow
• Track KPIs like productivity, damages, zero-ships & safety metrics
• Build and manage a daily operations scorecard
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Drive results through effective motivation, positive reinforcement, and corrective actions when necessary
• Other duties as required and assigned

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and confidence

Preferred (Not Required):

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Equivalent experience in warehouse leadership will be considered
