MTEF - Credit & Collections Analyst - Onsite

Job Description Review and assess customer credit applications to determine creditworthiness Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment for potential and current clients Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with delinquent customers Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and customer service to resolve payment issues Maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Would consider experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit and collections or a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of financial statements and credit/collection techniques and practices Proficiency in using financial software and ERP systems. Microsoft D365 a plus. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines Experience working with various credit reporting agencies. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
